For example, we may want to support:

• Child education
• Healthcare
• Cataract treatment
• Food distribution
• Women empowerment
• Elderly care
• Disability support
• Skill development
• Poverty alleviation
• Emergency relief

After identifying our preferred cause, we can compare organizations based on their mission, programs, transparency, track record, and donation procedures.

Check How the NGO Uses Donations

Responsible giving requires attention to how donations are utilized. The best NGO in Delhi NCR should be able to explain how contributions support its programs and operations.

We should look for information such as:

• Annual reports
• Project updates
• Financial disclosures
• Program statistics
• Beneficiary information
• Organizational leadership
• Registration details
• Donation receipts
• Impact reports

No organization can operate without administrative expenses, staff, technology, transportation, compliance, and other operational costs. The important consideration is whether the organization's spending supports its mission responsibly and transparently.
