I recently came across 5 Star Tuning and would like to hear from people who have personal experience with them. I am interested in tuning solutions for trucks, cars, SUVs, and motorhomes, particularly vehicles used for everyday driving, road trips, and towing.

For those who have tried 5 Star Tuning, what differences did you notice after installing the tune? Was there a noticeable improvement in throttle response, acceleration, or overall drivability? I am also curious whether the results vary significantly depending on the vehicle model and engine configuration.

When comparing performance tuners, how much importance do you place on customer support and the ability to make adjustments after the initial tune? I would rather choose a provider that understands the vehicle and its intended use than simply focus on advertised horsepower gains.

I also want to understand how custom tuning compares with generic tuning files. Does a vehicle specific setup make a meaningful difference for someone who regularly tows a trailer or drives a motorhome over long distances?

If you have experience with 5 Star Tuning, would you recommend them over other performance tuners? Were there any unexpected issues during installation, and how helpful was their support team when questions came up?

Real experiences from vehicle owners would help me narrow down the options before making a decision.
