Thinking about using fulfillment for my eBay business
-
Started selling on eBay about a year ago and at first handled everything myself without any problems. But sales have been growing pretty fast lately and now it's getting tough to manage everything. Between sourcing products, listing them properly, and then dealing with packing and shipping orders, I'm stretched thin. The fulfillment side is eating up way too much of my time. Which fulfillment company would you guys recommend bringing in to handle this?

Growing pains are real when sales take off. Before jumping into fulfillment services, figure out your average order volume and profit margins per item. Some fulfillment centers have minimum monthly fees that can eat into profits if your volume isn't high enough yet. Also check their locations, you want warehouses positioned to reach your main customer base quickly. Storage fees add up too, so calculate how much inventory you'll need to keep there.

Location matters a lot for shipping times and costs. Another thing to watch is their integration with eBay, some companies sync inventory and tracking automatically while others require manual updates.
