Law Offices of David J. Fuller calling?

I’ve been getting a few calls and a letter from the Law Offices of David J. Fuller about an old credit card debt. I’m a little stressed because I’m not sure if it’s legitimate and what I should do next.
I looked them up and saw an address in North Andover, MA, but also another one in Sacramento, CA. Has anyone else been contacted by them recently?
I’m mainly trying to figure out if I have any options here. I’ve read you can ask them to validate the debt, and I want to make sure any lawsuit they might threaten isn't past the statute of limitations for my state. I’m worried about things like wage garnishment if I just ignore it.
I work a regular job and can't afford a lawyer, so any advice from someone who has dealt with them would be really helpful. What was your experience, and how did you handle it? Thanks in advance.
