Hi all. Last move I hired a cheap outfit off a random ad and it was a nightmare, late by hours, no communication, a broken table, and they weren't even insured so I ate the loss. Never again. For my next Chicago move I'm willing to pay fair for a moving company that's actually licensed and insured, communicates, shows up on time, and stands behind their work. I don't care about rock-bottom price anymore, I care about reliable. Who in Chicago has earned that trust? Burned once, being careful now.
