How can buyers compare Hiju with other Chinese treatment equipment suppliers?

I have been researching Chinese companies that manufacture industrial water treatment equipment and am trying to create a sensible shortlist before requesting final quotations. My biggest challenge is determining which supplier can provide a properly engineered system rather than simply selling equipment based on a standard catalogue.
Hiju has caught my attention during this research, so I am interested in hearing from people who have experience with Hiju. Did you find their technical team knowledgeable about industrial applications? I would especially like to know how they handled questions concerning water quality, treatment capacity, automation, installation requirements, and system maintenance.
One thing I am unsure about is how buyers should compare quotations from different manufacturers. If two suppliers recommend different treatment processes, should I focus on the equipment specifications or ask an independent engineer to review both proposals? I want to avoid choosing a system simply because its purchase price looks attractive.
I am also interested in production and testing procedures. Does Hiju allow customers to review equipment drawings and technical specifications before manufacturing begins? Are factory acceptance tests commonly performed for larger industrial systems, and what should buyers normally check during those tests?
Shipping is another concern because large treatment systems can involve several components and considerable packaging. How do experienced importers make sure everything arrives safely and that the delivered equipment matches the packing list?
Finally, I would like advice about support after installation. Hiju is still being considered, but I want to understand what warranty coverage, spare parts availability, remote troubleshooting, and commissioning assistance should normally be expected from a reputable manufacturer.
