How to turn on background app refresh for iPhone

-First Open the Settings app, then choose General.
-Tap Background App Refresh after swiping down.
-A list of all the apps that are permitted to run in the background should now appear.
-Slide the switches for the apps you use most often to turn on Background App Refresh.
