How do people choose the right trainer for their fitness goals?
-
I have been thinking about starting a more structured workout routine, but I am not sure what factors people consider when choosing someone to guide them. There are many training options available, and it can be difficult to know who has the right experience and approach. Has anyone here worked with a Certified fitness trainer and found that it made a difference in reaching their goals? I would like to hear what qualities you looked for and any advice you would give to someone starting out.
