Here are several easy ways of how to decrease file size but still keep them usable. First, one needs to find out what takes up too much space. It may be big pictures, movies, or objects embedded into a file. One should compress the pictures, lower the resolution of movies, delete unnecessary pages or media, and use optimized files format. In case there are many files to compress, then one can use ZIP archive. However, the choice of a method depends on a type of a file.
