Hey everyone. I'm opening a small bakery in Charlotte next month and I'm lost on signage. I need a front sign, something for the windows, and maybe a menu board inside. My budget isn't huge, and I've had quotes that are all over the place. Any local sign companies that can handle a few different pieces and help me figure out what I actually need? Opening day is set, so I really need someone who can deliver on time. Any tips on what to prioritize would help too.

Congrats on the bakery! I went through the same thing when I opened my coffee shop in South End. I ended up working with SmartSwans https://smartswans.com/ - a local Charlotte signs and graphics shop that did my storefront sign, window lettering and an interior menu wall. What helped was that they asked for photos of the storefront, rough measurements and my logo upfront, so the quote actually matched what I needed instead of a generic package. They also talked me out of a couple of things I didn't really need. Pricing felt fair for the quality. Tip: prioritize the storefront sign and window graphics first, those bring people in, and you can add interior pieces later as the budget allows.
