I've been reading different experiences with tadalafil and wanted to get some opinions from people who have actually used it.
For those who have tried both 5mg daily and 20mg as needed, which option gave you better results? Did you notice any difference in effectiveness, side effects, or convenience?
From what I've learned, the daily dose seems more suitable for those who want spontaneity, while the 20mg dose is often preferred for occasional use. Everyone responds differently, though.
I also found this guide on Cialis 5mg Tadalafil 30 Tablets UAE, which explains how the daily regimen is commonly used.
I'd be interested to hear your personal experiences and what worked best for you. Thanks!
