Anyone know a reliable Honda repair in Abu Dhabi that actually knows what they're doing?

I've got a 2018 Accord that's been a brilliant car for me, but recently I've noticed a slight hesitation when I accelerate from a stop and a faint whining noise from the engine bay that wasn't there before. I'm based in Abu Dhabi and I'm starting to look for a workshop that can properly diagnose these issues without just guessing and charging me for unnecessary parts. I've been to a couple of general garages in the past and honestly, it's been a mixed bag, so this time I want to find a proper specialist who actually knows these Honda engines and uses the right diagnostic tools. I've read that the 1.5L turbo engines in these cars can sometimes have carbon buildup issues on the intake valves, which is apparently a common problem with direct-injection engines . I'm hoping to find a place that offers reliable Honda repair in Abu Dhabi and won't try to upsell me on things I don't need. If anyone has had a good experience with a workshop in the Mussafah or Khalifa City area, I'd really appreciate a recommendation.
