Good afternoon. I am interested in the Expo 2027 development from a professional angle rather than as a tourist. I work in infrastructure and I am curious about the scale and scope of what is being built in SurÄŤin: pavilions, the rail link, the stadium complex. English language coverage seems limited to press announcements. Is there anywhere that lays out the masterplan in reasonable detail, including how it connects to existing transport? I would also like to know what state the construction is at now and whether any of it can be seen from outside.

Detailed English coverage is thin, you are right, most of it is announcement level. The site sits next to the airport on the bypass corridor, around a hundred and twenty hectares, integrating exhibition halls, national pavilions, a national stadium and an aquatic centre, with a dedicated rail link running to the gates. The Balkan travel guides , on PickBalkan have a masterplan dossier covering the pavilion clusters and the rail corridor, which is the most detailed thing I have found outside Serbian sources. Worth reading alongside official material. From a professional standpoint the interesting question is what happens to the site after the ninety three day run, which nobody has answered clearly yet.
